Reconditioning — Suction Rolls
Run test upon arrival/dispatch, cleaning, visual, dimensional and NDT inspection, inner and outside grinding of the shell, suction holes cleaning and renewal, shell/cover re-grooving, spraying nozzles exchange, sealings exchange, hoses exchange, bearing exchange, smart condition monitoring technology upgrades. Shell replacement from high-quality Duplex stainless steel.
Reconditioning — Dryer Cylinders
Visual, dimensional and NDT inspection, turning and grinding, surface repair by (spot) welding, balancing, re-coating, journal and end cap replacement, vessel pressure test, bearing system reconditioning, service documentation.

Headbox Cleaning & Polishing
